Version 1.0. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the Synthwave Metal Fusion Market (the "Marketplace") operated on IRON REALM (the "Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to artists who sell on the Marketplace ("Artists", "you") and, where stated, to customers who buy from it.
1. What the Marketplace is
The Marketplace is dedicated exclusively to Synthwave Metal Fusion: music whose primary identity is synthwave, with metal styles (such as metalcore, deathcore, black metal, power metal, extreme metal and others) fused into it. Albums that are not synthwave fused with metal will not be accepted. The Marketplace is a venue that lets Artists sell directly to fans. It is not a record label, does not sign Artists, and does not acquire ownership of any music.
2. No exclusivity, no contract fees
This is a non-exclusive arrangement. There is no minimum term, no signing fee and no long-term contract. You remain free to sell, stream, license and distribute your music anywhere else at any time. You may remove your listings as described in section 13.
3. Ownership and the limited licence you grant
You keep all ownership of your music, recordings, lyrics and artwork. By listing an album or product you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for as long as the item is listed (and afterwards only as described below), to: store your files; stream previews; display your artwork, names and descriptions; create the labelled display version of explicit artwork; package your tracks into a download; deliver purchased albums to customers; and use your artwork and name to promote your listings on the Marketplace. Customers who bought an album receive a personal, non-commercial licence to keep and listen to it, and may continue to download it after you remove the listing unless the album is removed for legal reasons.
4. Albums only: at least 10 complete songs
The Marketplace sells complete albums only. Every release must contain at least 10 valid, complete, distinct songs. Singles, EPs, snippets, filler tracks and duplicated tracks are not accepted. Customers buy and download the whole album; individual tracks are never sold or downloaded separately. Tracks may be streamed as previews.
5. Review and approval
Every album is reviewed by the site administrator, who has final approval. An album may be approved, rejected, or returned with a request for revisions. Only approved albums are offered for sale. Approval is not an endorsement and does not confirm that your rights or disclosures are correct.
6. AI-created and human-created music
Music made with AI music generators, traditional recording, human songwriting with AI instrumentation, AI-assisted mixing or mastering, or any mix of these is welcome and is not treated differently because AI was used. You must disclose your production methods accurately, and you must only use AI tools whose terms allow you to sell the output commercially. The disclosure is shown to customers.
7. Your promises about rights and content
For every listing you confirm that you own or control all rights in the music, recordings, lyrics, samples, artwork and any other material included, or hold licences that permit their sale on the Marketplace, and that nothing you upload infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. You are responsible for any claims arising from material you upload, and you agree to compensate the Platform for losses caused by a breach of these promises.
8. Explicit content and moderation
Explicit lyrics and NSFW album artwork are permitted where lawful and consistent with this policy. You must mark explicit albums as explicit. The Marketplace automatically creates a display version of the cover carrying a "PARENTAL ADVISORY — EXPLICIT CONTENT" label; your original artwork is preserved unchanged. The administrator may correct the explicit classification. Explicit material is restricted to visitors who confirm they are adults. Strictly prohibited: any sexual or sexualised depiction of minors or anyone who appears to be a minor; non-consensual intimate imagery; content promoting real-world violence or terrorism; hateful content targeting protected groups; and any other unlawful material. Prohibited material is removed and may be reported to authorities.
9. Prices, payment and revenue sharing
You set the price of your album within the Marketplace's minimum and maximum. Customers pay in cryptocurrency through the Platform's MyCryptoCheckout payment system. Customer payments are received by the Platform, which records your share in your artist balance.
- Albums: you receive 87% and the Platform keeps 13% of eligible sale proceeds. Example: a $10.00 album sale gives you $8.70 and the Platform $1.30.
- Merchandise and physical CDs: you receive 87% and the Platform keeps 13% of the item price. Shipping charges you set are passed to you in full (100%) and are not subject to commission.
- Eligible sale proceeds means the price actually paid for the item, after any discount and excluding sales taxes or VAT collected.
- Payment fees: No separate payment-processing fee is currently deducted from your share; the platform absorbs those costs from its share.
- Taxes: you are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings. Where the Platform is required to collect sales tax or VAT from customers, that amount is excluded from eligible proceeds.
- Rounding: amounts are calculated to the cent; your share is rounded to the nearest cent and the Platform's share is the remainder, so the two always add up to the eligible proceeds.
A sale is credited to your balance only after the payment is confirmed by the payment system. Pending, expired, failed and underpaid payments are not sales and earn nothing.
10. Refunds, reversals and adjustments
Because albums are digital goods delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued at the platform's discretion for duplicate purchases, files that cannot be delivered, or where required by law. If a sale is refunded or reversed, the corresponding amounts are deducted from your balance by a reversing entry. Every balance change is recorded in an itemised ledger you can view in your dashboard; entries are never silently edited.
11. Payouts
Earnings become available for payout 14 days after the sale is confirmed (this holding period allows for refunds). You may request a payout once your available balance reaches $20.00. Payouts are sent manually by the administrator in cryptocurrency to the public receiving address you provide. Network/transaction fees for sending a payout may be deducted from the payout amount where disclosed at the time. You are responsible for giving a correct address; crypto transfers cannot be reversed. Never give anyone, including the Platform, your wallet recovery phrase or private keys. The Platform will never ask for them and never stores them.
12. Merchandise, physical CDs and shipping
You may list T-shirts, hoodies, posters, physical CDs and other permitted merchandise. You are the seller and you are solely responsible for inventory, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, delivery, shipping costs you set, customs, and handling returns or replacements for physical items. The Platform does not manufacture, store or ship physical products. When a paid order includes your products you are notified and shown the delivery details needed to ship it; you must use customer data only to fulfil that order. Please ship promptly and add tracking information where available.
13. Removing listings, suspension and disputes
You can reopen an album for editing (which takes it off sale until it is re-approved) or ask the administrator to remove it. The Platform may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these Terms, receive valid copyright complaints, or put customers or the Platform at legal risk. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Anyone may report a listing using the report link on its page; reports are reviewed by the administrator. Disputes about sales, payouts or removals should first be raised with us at skyracekid390@gmail.com; we will try in good faith to resolve them. Unpaid balances on a suspended account are paid out after deducting any refunds, reversals or amounts owed due to a breach.
14. Privacy and customer data
We collect only the data needed to run the Marketplace: account details, profile content you publish, uploaded files, order records, payout addresses, and acceptance records of these Terms (including the date, version and IP address). Customer payment is handled by the cryptocurrency checkout; we do not receive or store wallet private keys or recovery phrases. Artists receive a customer's name and delivery address only when needed to ship a physical order, and must not use it for any other purpose. We do not sell personal data.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Each version has a version number. If the Terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version before submitting or relisting albums; sales already made stay under the version in force when they were made. A copy of the exact version you accepted is available from your Artist Dashboard.
16. General
The Marketplace is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the amounts owed to you in your balance. Questions: skyracekid390@gmail.com.
